Small iron knife, forged in a ring and characterized by an extremely sharp rounded blade. The ring is decorated with copper wire wound at the intersection of the blade and the ring. Rings of this type were worn on the thumb by the men Turkana and Karamajong. “Besides this legal weapon, they used to wear the now forbidden finger-knife, a deadly hook usually concealed inside the palm of the hand” (J.
